July 17, Shenzhen, Guangdong,China. A netizen posted a video on an online platform saying, "Like this young lady of China Southern Airlines." The video footage showed that a flight attendant opened an umbrella for a passenger who did not have an umbrella to shelter from the rain and sent it to the shuttle bus. His back was soaked after walking quickly through the water. 

On July 18, the 95539 customer service of China Southern Airlines stated that holding an umbrella for passengers is not a fixed service, and will be fed back to the corresponding department for verification and handling, and there will be a corresponding praise mechanism.
